What to expect on Sundays:
Contemporary worship
  • Our services are filled with Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs (Eph. 5:19). The creative ministry at Harvest brings an eclectic, modern expression of worship to our Sunday services. While we love to sing new songs, we also love time-honored hymns.
Expository Bible teaching
  • Although there may be the occasional topical message, we tend to teach through books of the Bible start to finish. We take each scripture in its context and seek to understand its implications and impact for us for today.
Fellowship time before, during and after services
  • Worship starts promptly, so arrive early to get a seat and fellowship. We have a greeting time during the service and opportunities for prayer, connection, and visiting the info center afterward.
Sunday morning classes for Kids
  • Nursery (birth - 23 months) is available during the 9am service only. Kids (2y/o - 4th grade) have classes during both the 9am & 11am services. 5th & 6th graders meet during the 11am service. Visit our Kids’ Ministry page for details!
Communion on a monthly basis
  • On the first Sunday of every month, we partake in Communion together.
Family Sundays on a monthly basis
  • The fourth Sunday of every month is Family Sunday, where kids 1st grade and up are in service with us to worship together as a family! This is a great opportunity for our church body to model worship to our young ones. Classes are still available for Birth - Kindergarten.

Why give?

We give as an act of worship, gratitude, and obedience, reflecting God’s generosity and supporting His mission to love and serve others.

“The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.”

2 Corinthians 9:6-8 ESV (emphasis added)

“Thanks be to God for his inexpressible gift!”

2 Corinthians 9:15 ESV

“I was out of work for a period of about two and a half years, and Connie was kind of out of work at the same time. God gave us enough other things to do that produced income that we were not only able to continue to tithe, but our needs were being met in terms of food and housing and things like that. They were lean times though... if you were gonna put your faith in one place, putting it with God is the only thing I can think of to do at this point in my life. I just know that God is trustworthy and he has been so faithful to us that I can’t imagine not trusting him with anything that comes forward. I encourage anybody to think about the aspect of how faithful God is. Think about the aspect that we’re charged with being obedient, and if you aren’t tithing, consider starting, see what happens, put it to the test like we did. And I think you’ll see the same result and that he is the most faithful that is possible.”

“I thought I could either buy used tires or I could give like I know the Lord’s asking me to and just trust Him to take care of the tires. So I tried to cheerfully give, and I gave, and then a couple of days later, somebody came up to me and said, “Hey, I noticed your tires are bald. I’d like to buy you four new tires.” So the Lord totally provided, and I think Paul gives this great answer for our fear of giving bountifully. He says in [2 Corinthians 9:8], ‘And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.’”
